WARRANTY
Your new home is covered by a comprehensive warranty, commonly referred to as the 2-5-10 year warranty. This warranty is regulated by the BC Housing and is supported by Pacific Home Warranty, your third-party warranty provider. To submit any warranty-related deficiencies, please contact us.

Mandatory warranty coverage is provided as follows:

2 years on labour and materials

Covers defects in materials and labour supplied for the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning delivery systems, as well as for the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors, that may lead to detachment or material damage to the new home

5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration

10 years on the structure of the home

The BC Housing Residential Construction Performance Guide describes the required performance and warranty coverage for new homes in British Columbia. We recommend that purchasers download a copy and save it for future reference.
